Our accommodation is located in the upper part of Belle Plagne, right at the foot of the slopes. Just step out of the residence and clip into your skis. Nearby, you'll find all the shops you need (ski rental, mini-market, bakery, restaurants, Deep Nature spa, etc.) to make the most of your stay.

Rental terms

  • Tourist tax: included in the price shown.
  • Stay: weekly rental only, Sunday to Sunday. Key handover from 4pm (please notify the concierge for a late arrival). Check-out by 10am on Sunday morning.
  • Payment: 40% non-refundable deposit, balance due 35 days before arrival.
  • Security deposit: €600, to be paid at the latest with the balance. Deposit payable by bank transfer or uncashed cheques (€500 for the apartment, €100 for cleaning). Once checked by the concierge, we will refund by bank transfer or destroy the cheques within 10 days at the latest.
  • Cleaning: not included in the price shown. Cleaning is the tenant's responsibility, or can be requested at booking for a €100 supplement. If end-of-stay cleaning is not carried out, a €100 deduction will be made from the deposit.
  • Not included: bed linen, bath linen.
  • No pets allowed.
  • Non-smoking apartment
  • The accommodation is not adapted for people with reduced mobility.
  • Skis, snowboards and ski/snowboard boots are not allowed inside the apartment or on the balcony. Please use the ski locker provided on the ground floor of the residence.
  • You will receive an email from the concierge a few days before your arrival with instructions for collecting the keys. You will also receive an email with your welcome booklet and the apartment inventory.
